Ground-Mounted Solar + Storage – 13.8 kW System

This project features a 13.8 kW ground-mounted system built with 30 REC 460AA Pure solar panels for high-efficiency energy production. The system is fully DC-integrated and paired with a Tesla Powerwall 3 and Expansion Pack, providing powerful energy storage, peak-rate control, and reliable backup power. The result is a high-output, energy-independent commercial solution designed for long-term performance and stability.

42.68 kW System

This commercial solar installation began with CS&E resurfacing the building’s flat membrane roof to create a secure foundation for a 42.68 kW solar energy system. The project features 97 high-output Aptos 440-watt solar panels mounted using a ballast system that preserves roof integrity while delivering strong system performance. With DC system integration in place, the system was designed to efficiently offset a large portion of the facility’s electrical demand, providing dependable energy cost reduction and a long-term renewable energy solution for the business.

Flat Membrane Roof 66.4 kW System

For this large commercial facility, CS&E completed a full roof resurfacing before installing a 66.4 kW solar energy system to ensure long-term durability and performance. The flat membrane roof was prepared by our in-house team and fitted with a ballast mounting system, allowing the 166 Q-Peak DUO 400-watt solar panels to be installed without roof penetrations. Using DC system integration, the array was optimized for consistent energy production, helping the business significantly reduce energy costs while extending the life of the roof and supporting a future-ready commercial solar solution.

Flat Membrane Roof 41.2 kW System

CS&E installed a 41.2 kW commercial solar energy system on a flat membrane roof using a ballast-mounted racking solution designed to avoid roof penetrations while maximizing structural safety. The system features 103 Q-Peak DUO 400-watt solar panels integrated through a DC system configuration to deliver reliable, high-efficiency energy production for daily business operations. This solution was designed to help the facility stabilize rising utility costs while maintaining full roof integrity, providing a clean and durable commercial solar installation that supports long-term energy savings and operational efficiency.
